Taking care of your body has no season. We are using the 12 Days before Christmas Eve to build strength and gain confidence all while winning some awesome prizes before the New Year.

But, these should be balanced with effective workouts, healthy meals, and enough sleep! Slap Nutrition Salted Caramel BCAA

This one specifically is also a major cravings crusher! I love adding them pre-workout to my coffee. Tastes like a salted caramel latte. I also make BCAA Ice Cream or “hot chocolate,” no joke, every night. My recipes for them are below!

BCAA Ice Cream


2 scoops Slap Nutrition Salted Caramel BCAA

1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk

A couple handfuls of ice (depending on how thick you want the shake to be)

Optional: spice it up with some unsweetened cocoa powder and Stevia to make chocolate ice cream

Toppings: I love adding sliced almonds, peanut butter, low-sugar granola, or homemade coconut flour cookie crumbles to the top 🙂


1. Throw everything into a blender (except toppings).

2. Blend until smooth

3. Top it

4. Eat it

BCAA Hot Cocoa


1 scoop Slap Nutrition Salted Caramel BCAA

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp Stevia (or to taste)

1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk


1. Heat almond milk in microwave for 2 minutes.

2. Stir in BCAA, cocoa powder, and stevia.

3. Sip and enjoy!
