Tank Top Arm Workout

Break out those sleeveless tops, ladies – spring is upon us! I love the spring. I feel refreshed, motivated, and inspired. Something about the smell in the air after an April shower, the beautiful colors of bloomed flowers and growing trees, and the mild heat paired with a light breeze gets me into my groove. I feel the most beautiful and feminine when the sun is shining and my clothes are flowy and a little more, well, revealing.

Whether you’re a halter top kinda gal, ready to rock a sexy strapless ensemble, or in love with a classic tank, having firm arms and sculpted shoulders can make you feel so much more confident. But, who has the time to spend hours in the gym in order to get them? I get it, life is busy. I’m here to tell you that you DO have time, it’s just a matter of efficiency. This Tank Top Arm Workout is short & sweet but totally effective. Plus it’s portable! That means you can cut out the trip to and from the gym. Viola! Push your coffee table aside, hit up the weight rack at the gym, or bring a set of dumbbells outside. I put together a 20-minute workout to help you define shapely, svelte arms that you can do anywhere!

  3. yay! i needed this workout, my arms and shoulders are lagging.

  4. Arms are the area I always purposefully avoid. I have little to no upper body strength and know i should work on it. I love that these exercises don’t require a ton of equipment!

  5. I work out with weights but haven’t done triceps dips yet. Thanks for the moves — I will try these! My favorite part about spring is that I can ride my bike again.

  6. Confession… tricep dips scare me lol I have this image of tipping over. I really do need to make an effort to tone my arms.. I don’t want wings later.

    1. I promise you won’t tip over Dia! And if you do who cares?!

  7. I love tricep dips!!! My arms looked fabulous when I still did them. I don’t have the coffee table I used to have that I used to do dips on. I need to figure out something else.

    1. How about the couch or a chair??

  8. My arms are totally where I want to spend a lot of time toning up! I will have to try out these tips.
