You may have tried a million times to get on a workout and healthy eating schedule. Try and then give up because 1) working out and planning meals took up too much of your time 2) you felt like you had to remove yourself from your favorite social outings to fit its rigid diet, 3) the workouts were over-complicated or totally boring, 4) the whole idea of changing your habits totally stressed you out. Or maybe you haven't even tried one yet because you already have these expectations set! Taking care of your health shouldn't be tedious, tasteless, binding, or overwhelming. It should be fun, flexible, balanced, and done with other like-minded women after the same goal - to be
Are you struggling to lose weight? Feeling constantly fatigued? Dealing with sleep irregularities? You may be making one or more of these 4 metabolic mistakes! https://youtu.be/IAkNBcoj_20 It can be really frustrating to feel like you’re doing everything “right,” but not see results. I hope you can take comfort in knowing you’re not alone. I’ve been there and so many other women have too. One of the Life in Spandex ladies, Sarah, put it really well. Sometimes I fantasize about having hour-long workouts and other times I just want to get it DONE! I have a feeling most of you can relate to the latter. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Complete as many rounds of the exercises back-to-back as possible.

I take these feelings with welcoming arms because they remind me why I make daily healthy choices. Sometimes letting lose for a day can actually help re-motivate you. As long as it doesn't become a consistent pattern, one or two days is not going to completely derail your progress. So do this with me, big
If you haven't heard, big booties are being celebrated! I thank this trend for teaching me to appreciate my curves, not try and hide them. However, like any media-driven message, it tells us that one thing is better than the other. Small butt girls are feeling like they need to "grow a booty" now. Though you can definitely increase the size of your rear through the proper exercises and nutrition, some women just won't have Kardashian, Queen B, or even J-Lo booties. For them to greatly increase their glute-size would take a lot of time, effort, calculating, and even surgery to acquire. Well, media, hear us roar! I think it's time for us to stop letting advterising run our opinions
