I can deal with fatigue, muscle soreness, or even a headache, but give me a stomach ache and my whole day is ruined. I’ve dealt with indigestion issues from a young age. I would wake up with an acidic stomach, belly aches, and a little nausea.  No matter what I ate or did that day, it would just persist. It wasn’t until I became a Pescatarian in college that I felt a difference in my digestion. A little over a year ago I made the decision to add poultry back into my diet.
