I always prep my meals on Saturday or Sundays to make sure I'm fueling properly throughout my busy workweek. Take a couple hours to prepare some lean protein and whole grains, chop some fresh fruit, cook some vegetables, hard boil some eggs, and prepare healthy snacks for on-the-go.
