It's Day 5 of your 12 Days of Fitness Holiday Workout Challenge and you're in for a treat. I love using a Swiss ball in my workouts to add extra core toning to my strength training. Creating an unstable surface (or having to balance with the exercise ball) forces you to contract your ab muscles the whole time and amps up the calorie burn! This workout will sculpt your body from head-to-toe so let's get to it! Download your printable version by right clicking here and selecting "Save/Download As." Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you're all enjoying precious time and delicious food with your loved ones. Whether it be in our career, personal life, or fitness journey, so much of our year is spent working towards goals we want for our future. Too often we are always looking for more; more money, more friends, more house, more cars, more willpower, more time to workout. One of my favorite parts about Thanksgiving is it's a reminder to find gratitude for what we already have. Last year I shared these same three ways to find thanks. I know how easy it is to forget about finding gratitude. So, I wanted to share them again! Find thanks for the life you have now.
You guys. I am seriously blown away by your growth and commitment to the Love Your Body series! I get a little choked up just thinking about how many of you have really put in the effort this past week to love the skin you're in. It's only coincidence that I'm watching Sex and the City reruns while writing this post. Do any of you remember the episode where Samantha talks about getting breast implants? Well, when Samantha starts to tell Carrie and Charlotte why she wants them, she says, "As you know I've always loved my body just the way it is. My legs are fantastic. I have killer abs. My a$$ is perfection." If only she stopped there!! It's so easy for us to look at ourselves and see what we don't like. Even though she loved her body as a whole, she got temporarily caught up in the idea of having bigger boobs. We laugh at this because we know it's ridiculous. I
