It’s the third #WorkoutWednesday of the Summer Shape Up Series! Time is seriously flying!

Nothing screams summer like a chiseled tummy. Unfortunately for all of us hopefuls, it’s impossible to spot reduce. This means you can do sit ups and planks until the cows come home. But, if your nutrition isn’t on point, you’ll have nothing to show for it. It’s a sucky reality a lot of us have to come to terms with.

However, attaining a defined core shouldn’t be done through diet alone. We want muscles to be there once the layer on top starts to flatten! Plus, you can literally look pounds thinner by practicing good posture. And, there is no way to have a sexy stance without a strong core. Not to mention the trillions of benefits you get from training your core like reduced chance of injury and reduced chronic back pain that have nothing to do with aesthetics.

Sculpt, flatten, and define every inch of your core with this 20-minute core workout! Complete 60 seconds of each exercise back-to-back. Rest for 60 seconds and repeat the entire sequence two more times!
