New Q&A Vlog – Your Fitness & Nutrition Frustrations Solved!

Well, I’m finally home after my two back-to-back trips to Maui with my Dad and Brother and Chicago to watch R in the US Golf Amateur Championship. Both of the trips were so great and very different. Maui was relaxing, filled with lots of workouts, healthy seafood, protein pancakes, and beach time. If you haven’t checked out my Maui vlog, you’ll want to watch it for a glimpse into my booty workout and a recipe for my 150-calorie, low-carb, gluten-free protein pancakes!

This past week in Illinois was an extremely busy, exhilarating whirlwind of golf, family, not so healthy food (hello Chicago pizza), and nonexistent workouts (except for the 4-5 miles of walking each day at the gorgeous Olympia Fields Golf Course)! But hey, it was vacay, right?!

It feels so good to be back into my routine. Sometimes time off is just what the body and mind needs in order to reset motivation. I’ll be honest, when I first returned, I struggled with bloating, indigestion, and some feelings of guilt for ditching my normal healthy habits for caramel popcorn and down time. However, I gave myself the same advice I give to you babes! I forgave myself, reminded myself of how much fun I had just being in the moment, and  got right back into my normal habits. I’m also following my recommendations for bouncing back from a binge and 5-days to a flatter stomach. I’m already feeling better. 🙂

Before I left for Illinois, I asked you guys to tell me what your biggest fitness and nutrition frustrations were on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Thank you to everyone who participated! I compiled the most popular complaints and answered them in my first Q&A video!
