If you start a new job, would you insist on using Gmail when you’re asked to use Outlook? Then, set a timer for 10-minutes. Complete as many sets of the following exercises in a row as possible. Rest for a minute and repeat two to three more times.

  2. You’ve reminded me to get a set of dumbells. I love a morning workout! I used to get up and do a body weight workout at 5am in my home, but it’s time to mix it up a bit 🙂
