Lazy Girl Ab Workout

You know those days you don’t want to put on pants or leave the house? Yeah, that’s me today. I’ve been feeling run down this past week no matter what I eat or how much I sleep. Maybe I’m fighting a bug? During these times I do take it easy by relaxing from strenuous exercise, eating nutrient-dense foods, and sleeping as much as I can. But, there is a huge difference between needing rest and just being lazy.

When it’s a matter of will, ditch the excuses. I’ve created a killer ab workout that doesn’t even require getting out of the house or even off the floor! All I need is 15 minutes to make your abs burn and burn a few extra calories. Complete each exercise back-to-back, rest for 60 seconds, and repeat the circuit another one to two times.

  12. Oh I am so loving this. LOL! I used to do more exercises while I was watching TV but I got out of the groove. I need to get back into that groove.
