About the Life the Spandex Guides

As a NASM, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coach, and gym manager, I've seen too many women try and fail at prioritizing their health. They try new diets and extreme workout plans that are nearly impossible to adhere to. Who has more than an hour to spend in the gym? And I don't know about you, but I want my nutrition to be flexible enough to enjoy a glass of wine or a piece of chocolate on a Wednesday night. Am I right?

However, I believe finding a successful approach to taking care of our bodies and minds is vital to our success in both career and relationships. I know I'm not alone in this belief. Studies have proven that regular exercise and a nutritious diet play an active role in our productivity, mood, and energy levels. Just like many of you, I'm busy.
