Maybe it's a part of being twenty-something, but I feel like I've seen some of the biggest changes in my life during the past couple of years. During 2016, I acquired my Precision Nutrition Certification, went through a major personal life change, and was awarded a promotion at my work that combines my passion for fitness with my knack for marketing.
