Good posture from a strong core doesn’t only make us look taller and slimmer, it prevents injury and low back pain. Grab a mat, it’s time to sculpt your holiday abs, cutie!

    Great core exercises today. Do I get extra credit for doing them after my yoga class?? Yep, sometimes we just gotta do our workouts just because we committed to doing them, right?
