12 Days of Fitness Challenge – Day 6: Reindeer Run

You are halfway through your 12 Days of Fitness Holiday Workout Challenge! You’ve all been working so hard and I’m LOVING all of your check-ins. I’m so excited to give one of you amazing clothes and accessories from Lucy Activewear and Brooks Running!

Today, Brooks Running and I want to challenge you to a 5k run or walk! It’s just a little over three miles! Lace up your running shoes (I’ll be rocking my Brooks Running Launch 2‘s!) and find a fun trail, run around your neighborhood, or jump on the treadmill. There’s nothing like a runner’s high. I can’t wait for you to experience it yourself!

Goal Evaluation Challenge

The halfway mark of a challenge is the perfect time to re-evaluate your goals. Are you on track to meet them? Do they need to be adjusted? What’s working and what isn’t? If you’re feeling discouraged or tired, remember why you started. Was it to find self-love and confidence? Feel sexy in your holiday dress? Prove to yourself that you can do anything for 12 days? Dig deep and find your intrinsic motivation for sticking to a healthy lifestyle during a notoriously unhealthy time of year. Better yet, write it down!

  2. Not to piggy back on the above comment but I wish I had a beach to run on lol it is way more difficult but at least you get the view and awesome ocean breeze! Thanks for sharing.

  3. Running on the beach is so much harder than general running! Loving this challenge 😉 And jealous that wherever you are you can run on the beach!

  4. I love this! Fitness is usually the last thing on my mind around this time of the year. The cold weather, early evenings, and insane amount of unhealthy food pushed in my face makes staying on top of my fitness almost impossible. I love this 12 day challenge b/c it has a start and finish so it seems more achievable than just trying to commit to working out more.
