There’s just so much you can do with them, they’re easy to transport, and, when used correctly, can ignite your metabolism and sculpt your smaller stabilizing muscles that machines tend to neglect. Today’s Dreidel Dumbbell Workout does exactly this! So what are you waiting for? Grab a set of dumbbells that challenge you on the last 2-3 reps of each exercise and let’s sweat!
