Day 1 of your 12 Days of Fitness Holiday Workout Challenge is here! Start to envision how you want to feel on the first day of 2017. Bringing in a New Year is opportunity to start fresh, set new goals, and find new inspiration. For me, when I don’t get in my regular workouts and start eating too many holiday treats, I find it harder to find motivation to build all the other areas of my life. Ditch the weight loss resolutions. They just take up space for other more valuable goals. I mean, do they ever really stick? January 1st is no excuse to stop taking care of your body now. Starting your healthy habits today, or continuing them, will keep you two steps ahead of reaching your 2017 dreams!

It’s time to sweat! Today’s Merry Medicine Ball Workout is designed to turn on your fat-burning potential and start sculpting sexy muscles. All you need is a medicine ball between 5 and 10 lbs. Don’t have one? No worries! You can sub the ball with a dumbbell if needed. Let’s make the rest of this holiday season count!
